Syllabus
For students to acquire the skills required for the field, the B Tech in Information Technology programme includes a rigorous curriculum and practical application of modern technologies. It covers a wide range of IT subjects such as including operating systems, database management systems, computer graphics, system and network administration, multimedia, advanced Java, and several more. Further, one industrial internship and a compulsory programming language course are also included in each semester. In addition, candidates have to present a minor project and a major project as required by the B Tech IT curriculum in their third and final years, respectively. Both projects may be created by an individual or by a group of four to five students.
B Tech IT courses are designed to teach students the theoretical understanding and practical abilities needed to succeed in the IT industry. This course covers all aspects of production, software design, and research. The building blocks of e-commerce, Java programming, software engineering, database management systems, cloud computing, algorithm analysis, information security, ERP, computer networking, and numerous other operating systems-related areas are all covered in a B Tech in Information Technology.
