XIME Bangalore Fee Structure 2026
XIME Bangalore fees is INR 12.9 lakh for its flagship PGDM programme. The total fee includes admission, tuition, library, computer centre, textbooks, programme materials, examinations, diploma and co-curricular activities. Aspirants have to pay a refundable caution deposit of INR 25,000 for PGDM. The fees is to be paid in six instalments. PhD aspirants need to pay the prescribed fees of both XIME and University of Mysore.
XIME Bangalore offers fully-residential PGDM course. Students need to stay in campus hostels unless formally exempted. The hostel fees is based on room type (triple sharing, double sharing or double sharing in new girls hostel in Bangalore. An additional tarrif is applicable on AC rooms. XIME Bangalore Fee Refund Policy
XIME follows AICTE refund policy in case of withdrawal of admission before the commencement of the course. The refund requests are usually processed within 15 working days after XIME receives the signed hardcopy of official refund request form.
- The institute refund the entire fee after deduction of a maximum processing fees of INR 1,000 in case of withdrawal before the commencement of course.
- In case of withdrawal of admission after joining the course and if vacated seat is consequently filled by another student by the last date of admission, entire fee is refunded after deduction of a maximum processing fees of INR 1,000 and proportionate deduction of monthly fee and hostel rent, wherever applicable.
- If the seat remains vacant, the institute then refunds the security deposit and return original documents.
