Overview
St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences, commonly known as St John’s Medical College, is a private institution located in Bangalore. It is approved by the MCI and the Government of Karnataka and affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. MBBS is the institute’s flagship programme. - Fees: The total tuition fee for the MBBS programme is INR 33.28 lakh. The BSc tuition fee ranges from approximately INR 1.2 lakh to INR 5.6 lakh. BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology has the lowest fee, while BSc in Nursing has the highest.
- Admissions: Admissions are entrance-based, and the institute accepts scores from examinations such as KCET and NEET.
- Collaborations: The India–Netherlands MedTech Collaboration Meeting was held at St John’s National Academy of Health Sciences. Conducted as part of the Indo-Dutch MedTech Innovation Mission, the exchange focused on advancing medical imaging, AI-driven healthcare, and workforce-support solutions.
- Placements: Placement details for 2025 and 2026 have not yet been released. During the 2024 placements, the median package offered to MBBS students was INR 5.5 LPA. The median packages for two-year and three-year PG programmes were INR 3.80 LPA and INR 13.50 LPA, respectively.
- Cutoff: The cutoff details for 2026 have not yet been released. According to NEET SS 2025 data, the General category AI quota cutoff ranged from 31 to 2,411. MCh in Gynaecological Oncology was the most competitive programme for admission.
