IIM Bangalore Placement Overview 2026
The average and median package recorded during IIM Bangalore placement 2026 for PGP and PGPBA programs stood at INR 35.35 LPA and 34.75 LPA. A total of 665 offers were made out of which 7 were international offers. Consulting was the top recruiting sector wherein the placement distribution was 45%. Accenture Strategy made the most number of offers, i.e. 94.
During EPGP placements 2026, average and median package recorded was INR 37.1 LPA and 36.5 LPA. 22 companies visited the campus and 61 offers were made. . Consulting was the top recruiting sector wherein the placement distribution was 50%.
IIM Bangalore Placement Report 2026
Average and median package recorded during PGP and PGPBA placements 2026 increased by over 2% and 7% as compared with 2025. Number of international offers made decreased by 68%. Total offers made increased by nearly 1%. Companies such as Accenture Strategy, BCG, Bain & Company and EY-Parthenon India made 94, 27, 23 and 22 offers.
During EPGP placements 2026, average and median package received increased by 5% and 10%. There was drop of 11% in the batch size and the total offers accepted decreased by 15% as compared with 2025. Top recruiters in 2026 included Accenture, Genpact, Infosys and McKinsey.
