Overview

Established in 2006, T. John Institute of Technology (TJIT) is a private institution located on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. The institute is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and recognised by AICTE and UGC. It is also accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade. TJIT has entered into several national and international MoUs to support academic collaboration and student development.

The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in fields such as Engineering and Management. Its flagship courses include BTech, BE and MBA. Admissions are primarily merit-based, although entrance examination scores such as JEE Main and CAT are considered for certain programmes.

The annual fees for BTech, BE and MBA programmes range from approximately INR 3.8 lakh to INR 7.4 lakh. TJIT also provides merit-based scholarships and financial assistance to eligible students to promote equal access to education.

Placement activities are managed by the TJIT Placement Cell, which supports students through career guidance, training and recruitment opportunities. The 20-acre campus offers facilities such as a library, auditorium, seminar and conference halls, guest houses, Wi-Fi connectivity, hostels and a canteen.
