The Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) is an advanced super-speciality degree in surgery. It prepares qualified doctors for specialised surgical practice through intensive clinical training, academic study, and research.
The programme typically lasts three years after an eligible postgraduate medical qualification. Selected institutions also offer six-year integrated MCh programmes after MBBS, subject to their admission requirements.
MCh Surgical Oncology is one specialisation within the broader MCh framework. It focuses on assessing and surgically managing cancers, including diagnostic evaluation, biopsy procedures, treatment planning, and patient care. Eligibility
